Progress Pathways Ltd is a growing service for young people and adults with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviours. The business is registered to offer both residential care as well as domiciliary support/supported living services across Norfolk.

Progress Pathways services are aimed at individuals who have a learning disability, and associated behaviours which challenge. These individuals may also be on the Autistic Spectrum.

Progress Pathways Ltd currently has a seven bed residential service in Marham, Norfolk. The name of the home is Mandalay and it opened in July 2010. Details of the service offered at Mandalay can be found on the relevant page on this site.

Our Domiciliary Support/Supported Living service is on offer to people across Norfolk. Again, this service is aimed at young people and adults with a learning disability and/or behaviours which challenge. Please check out our Supported Living/Domiciliary Support Page for more information.

Our aim is to work with individuals in a person centred way, understanding their histories, motivations and needs. Our assessments enable us to develop personalised programmes to build on people's social, functional and communication skills to reduce the need for challenging behaviour.

Please feel free to contact us for more information or an informal discussion about our services. Write or phone at the address shown or email to:
